Acceptance of Order
On completion of shopping, click on Check Out you will be asked for your payment details to be able to process your order efficiently; we accept all major credit & Debit cards. Alternatively you can place your order over the phone 01736 350360. Confirmation of your order and acceptance by us is sent to you via email with your order number.
Shipping and Handling
All items purchased from Little Luvvers are sent out fully insured for your peace of mind. Deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, the Hebrides, Orkney Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland will incur an additional delivery charge. We will advise you of this charge by email before we ship. We will aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt and orders will arrive with you within approximately 7 -14 working days. These delivery schedules are provided as a guideline only. Please note that couriered items are delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
If you are not available to accept the shipping of goods yourself, and require our courier to leave items with a neighbour or another specified person, who does not live at your address. It is important that you notify us by fax or email. We cannot accept liability for goods left with anyone other than the person the shipment was assigned to.

Delivery Schedule
All deliveries must be thoroughly checked before the carrier’s documents are signed. If this is impractical then deliveries should be signed for and the word “Unchecked” clearly written on the carrier’s documents. Failure to do this may prohibit a claim for any damaged or faulty goods, once the courier has left.
Should the courier miss you, a card will be left detailing consignment details, with a telephone number of their local depot so that you can arrange re-delivery on a suitable day to you. If you do not respond to the calling card, the goods will be redirected to us at Little Luvvers. We will then contact you to find out how you wish to proceed, if you require us to re-deliver the goods, a carriage fee will need to be paid in advance for us to proceed. If you decide you want to cancel the order the charge for returned couriers will be incurred and deducted from your refund.
Credit Card Security
You can buy on our site with complete confidence, all credit and debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when orders are placed using 128 bit encryption, numbers are decrypted when they reach our systems. Numbers are not stored on our system or web site.
Tax Charges
For all orders made within the UK or the European Union, the standard 17.5% (5% for certain items) VAT is added. All Little Luvvers prices are shown with VAT included.
Product Guarantee
All items purchased from us are covered by the Manufactures’ Warranty. A Guarantee can range from 6 months to 4 yrs, depending on the purchase and the Manufacturer. If you require details of a specific Manufacturers’ warranty offer, please e-mail customer services littleluvvers@msn.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Accidental damage and damage caused by misuse is not covered by the guarantee, a repair can be arranged at your own cost. Little Luvvers cannot be held responsible for the manufacturers’ decision for their product. Standard manufacturers’ warrantees apply; this does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
If for some reason you are not happy with your Little Luvvers purchase simply return it! No problem. Before sending please contact Customer services littleluvvers@msn.com to report your intention to return goods and the reason for the return. Goods can only be accepted for return if the packaging is complete and as sent out, and the goods have not been used or damaged. The cost incurred for returning the goods will be at your expense.
Should an order be cancelled after despatch or you refuse delivery of an item, your order will be returned to Little Luvvers, and you will be charged for the return. (This charge is the cost incurred by Little luvvers by the courier for returned deliveries, and is weight related. The charge will be deducted from your refund).
Any refunds due to the customer will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods by Little Luvvers.
Returns Policy
To return any products, firstly please contact us on our customer services at littleluvvers@msn.com to report your intention to return a product and explain the reason. If it is faults with the goods please leave details of the fault, it will help us, to be able to help you more efficiently.
It is important that you contact customer services before sending back any goods. Failure to do so could inhibit the return being processed.

Product Under Guarantee:
In the unfortunate event that a product has a fault within the first 28 days the goods will be exchanged. Should the product develop a fault within the guarantee period but after 28 days, we can arrange for your goods to be repaired or send spare parts to you free of charge, or on the manufacturers’ decision replaced.
You can return your goods back to us yourself, or we can arrange a collection at your expense. Please contact littleluvvers@msn.com to advise you of the cost for collection of goods via courier, and return back to you, if applicable.
A refund of costs incurred for post and packaging, or collection by us, will only be issued, if the fault was within the first 28 days, and the fault is not due to negligence. The cost of post and packaging to yourself for spares and repairs cannot be refunded.
If it is a return due to a repair, and the manufacturer decides that the repair costs are chargeable to the customer, these costs will be additional to any collection charges already applied.
All goods collected by our couriers must be boxed or packaged for collection, to the same high standards and as securely as when delivered. Failure to package/box goods correctly will result in the courier being unable to accept the goods for return. This will result in courier charges still being applied, because the courier was unable to full fill the service through no fault of their own.
