Processing Payment

Creditcards are not debited until orders are ready to be dispatched.
We accept the following credit & debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and Solo

Delivery Address
Please note We can only deliver orders to the billing address. 
If this is not possible then please contact customer services on +44 (0)1736 350360.

We Will deliver to work addresses or neighbours if the following can be complied with,
You must supply us with a company name and company email address if it is your work address.

If you would like your parcel left with a neighbour, please mark in the comments box provided during the checkout process.

*On orders over £500 delivery can only be made to the address assigned to the credit card used for payment,
this only applies to your first purchase with us, subsequent orders can then be delivered to a work address*

Delivery

You must be available to sign for the goods when they are delivered.
If you would like your parcel left with a neighbour, please mark in the comments box provided during the checkout process.
If the delivery fails the courier will leave you a note and if not contacted the same day will either attempt delivery the following day
or leave the option to contact them to arrange a suitable day,
you must contact them within 5 working days (a time cannot be specified the goods will be delivered between 8.30am-5.30pm) 
failing this the goods may be returned back to our warehouse where an extra delivery charge may apply to either attempt the delivery again,
or in the case of refunds, refund the cost of your order less delivery charges.
If the goods are returned back to us by yourself, because you no longer want the order,
then a refund will be given less any delivery costs that we incurred.
(If the shipping was free with your order a £10 handling charge will apply, if shipping was classed as outside the UK Mainland then the
cost of those locations would apply.)

Delivery Rates

We ship to all Uk locations and costs for shipping goods are located on each item purchased.  Any orders over £100 incur feee shipping.

Isle of Man, Isle of White, Scottish Islands & Highlands, Northern Ireland

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.

We will endeavour to ship your goods within 48hrs of the placment of your order, but your order could take from 7 til 21 days.
